Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must include all original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a return request through your account or order page

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please request a return within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue for faster processing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary
